We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges due to change of mind, so we kindly ask that you choose carefully.
We pride ourselves on our product quality, ensuring your order meets our standards before being packaged up and take extra precautions to ensure your products arrive to you safely.
In the unlikely event you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods at info@instyled.com.au
with your:
- Order number
- Photos of damaged item
- Photo of the shipping label, packaging and any damage to the shipping box.
Once all of the above has been received by us and the damage has been confirmed and assessed by the team at InStyled, a refund will be honoured to the value of the damaged item, any discount codes will be included in this total. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you feel your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days with photos and information so we can investigate further. The item may need to be sent back to us at your expense. Once the item has been returned to us and inspected, we will contact you regarding a resolution.
We do not issue refunds, exchanges or returns on our candles if they haven't been used according to our Candle Care guidelines.
We do not offer order cancellations.
Sale items are non-refundable, unless they are damaged.
